Mercury starts Supercomputing
Taking advantage of the incredible giga-flop speed of Apple's new G4, Mercury Creative flies into the 21st Century of supercomputing. A giga-flop stands for a billion instructions per second. "I remember the good old days when you'd be lucky to do even 10-12 million instructions per second." reminisces Colby Fulton, president of Mercury Creative, "The sad thing is Pentium users still do."

With the Media 100 Video Editing System, we are now able to provide non-linear digital editing with full broadcast quality. Our system is capable of handling over one hour of digital video, but a few minutes is just perfect.

These Arms of Mine
An exciting new show from the CBC sounds destined to change public perception about the television network. The show deals with the day to day drama of our everyday lives - dealing with work and relationships, with parents and children. The cast is diverse, of many ages and ethnic backgrounds, perfectly capturing the face of Vancouver.

Colossal
Colossal was an exciting night of music organized by Progressive Assembly. Mercury Creative had the pleasure of designing promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and the website.

HomeWorld CD-ROM
HomeWorld is an amazing new PC game with the best aspects of 3-D space battle simulation and real-time strategy. Working closely with Relic Entertainment and Rubber Oven Designs, Mercury Creative helped push the limits of what a promotional CD-ROM can deliver.

NTS Computer Systems Ltd.
NTS Computer Systems is the largest computer manufacturer in Canada, and the 8th fastest growing company in Canada. NTS produces education-specific computers for students, and they're well on their way to achieving their goal - A Computer for Every Student™.

Playdium Entertainment Corp.
Playdium Entertainment is Canada's largest arcade and attraction developer. Playdium is sure to win when they open their new Burnaby location. Opening in November in the Eaton Centre Mall in Metrotown, the Playdium will be the largest arcade and entertainment centre in B.C. While under construction, Playdium asked Mercury Creative to produce a short video to play in the kiosk located outside where the Playdium is being built.

Johansson Motorsports Website
The Johansson Motorsports website was originally designed and maintained by a Internet Service provider in Indianapolis. As driver Guy Smith began winning more and more races, it was clear that the site was attracting attention from fans and the press, and needed a new, more professional look.

Avcorp Industries
Avcorp Industries is the largest manufacturer of aerospace technology in British Columbia. The work we've completed for Avcorp include the design of print advertising, signage for their new facility, and production of both the print and online versions of their company newsletter.

Titan Vending Technologies
Titan Vending Technologies is a new company which is quickly becoming a leader in interactive, Internet-connected kiosks. Our work for Titan includes their corporate identity, website, and printed brochures. Mercury Creative also designs the multimedia content for the kiosks which is displayed on the screen.

Lions Gate Entertainment
Started by ex-Yorkton head Frank Guistra, Lions Gate is one of the most highly publicized Canadian entertainment companies. A merged entity, Lions Gate is the sum total of North Shore Studios, Mandalay Television, Cinepix Distribution, and many others. With dozens of news articles and press releases coming out every week, the company grew in leaps and bounds, becoming the largest fully-integrated entertainment company in Canada.

Catamaran Ferries International
Catamaran Ferries International, the exciting subsidiary of BC Ferries, wanted people to Take a Closer Look at their exciting new ferry designs. Mercury Creative produced an outstanding CD-ROM which pushed the boundaries of multimedia and digital video.

Canadian Pacific Hotels
Canadian Pacific Hotels , the largest hotel company in Canada, wanted to fly circles around the competition when they presented their proposal to build a hotel at the Vancouver International Airport. Learn more about how we helped them succeed.

Altarex Multimedia Show
Altarex is a biotech company with a revolutionary new technology for identifying and delivering medicine to cancer cells. Although their technology is extremely promising, it is also very complex, requiring an elaborate multimedia presentation and 3-D graphics to explain.
