When you reach the home page, you see a group of Featured Products in the center of the screen, a list of product Categories to the left, and a short list of Specials to the Right. To view products, simply click on a Featured Item, a Special, or click on a Product Category.

Product Categories
When you click on a product category, a list of sub categories will appear that are sorted alphebetically. A list of letters may
appear at the top of the screen, as well as a Next button. If the desired item is not visible, you may scroll down, click on the letter of the alphabet which your product starts with, or click Next to help find your desired item. Clicking on a sub category will pull up a single item or list of items. It is at this point that you need to learn how to Add it to your Shopping Basket.

to the right of it. by clicking on this button, the item is added to your Shopping Basket. After shopping and adding items for a period of time, you'll most likely want to review the contents. At any time during your shopping you may click the View Basket button from the menu. A

The up and down green arrows allow you to increase or decrease the quantity of items until an 0 quantity appears, which effectively removes the product from your shopping basket. Through buttons below this chart, one can Continue Shopping, or Signup and Checkout, which involves the purchase of your items.

When you click the Checkout button or select myFavorites from the menu, you'll be asked to sign in if you are not already a
member. If youare a member, you'll need to type in your Username and Password you've received, and click the Log In button.

If you're not a member, signing up is very simple.

  1. Enter your personal information in the Customer Information panel.
  2. Enter your Username and Password in the Account Information panel.
  3. Select whether your Computer remembers your username and password or if you have to type it in everytime you visit the site.
  4. Click the checkbox if you don't want to receive updates by
    email.
  5. Finally, finish by clicking the Submit button.
